Hays are pleased to help employers with their outsourcing, providing temporary and contract staff as and when they are needed. Hays follow up references and qualifications of all their temporary staff before sending them on an assignment. Hays recruitment offer flexible staffing solutions to all their clients and say that they can provide individual staff assignments as well as the outsourcing for a whole department. They also offer to put someone in on a temporary contract so that employers can experience the expertise of that employee before offering them a permanent contract. Hays are willing to work with employers in global locations to ensure that they get the staff that are best suited to the vacancies that need filling.
